What you've found
TheWorldsBillboard is something different - a place where anyone can leave a mark. A space where your story, your work, your dream, or your brand becomes part of something larger than itself. Think of it as a shared wall where humanity gathers to say, "This matters. This is mine. This is real".
It's built for all of us. The young dreamer, the seasoned creator, the small business, the legacy you want to leave. It grows as we all contribute, and it belongs to everyone who's ever wanted to be remembered.
How it actually works
Claiming Your Space: You carve out space by creating a legacy - giving it a name, choosing how much room it takes up, and optionally adding an image or link. The more you contribute, the more space you claim. It's simple: if you add 1% of the value, your legacy takes up about 1% of the billboard. Fair. Visible. Yours.
Getting started
1
Embed Legacy
Navigate to "Embed Legacy" at the top of the interface.
2
Name It
Give your legacy a name. Your unique key makes yours distinctly you, even if names overlap.
3
Sizing
Pick how big you want it: a fixed amount, or a percentage of the whole billboard.
4
Content
Add an image and link if you'd like (moderated for safety).
5
Terms
Review and accept the Terms of Service.
6
It's Live
Confirm, and your legacy is live for the world to see.
Growing Your Legacy: Here's something beautiful: anyone can contribute to anyone else's legacy. Keys are public. So if you believe in someone's work, or you want to amplify a story that matters to you, you can find their key and add to it. Their space grows. Their legacy gets bigger. You become part of their story. Toggle "Grow an existing legacy," enter it (find it in the legacy's details or by searching for yourself), and add more. The space expands. Of course, you can also grow your own. It's a way to say "I'm still here, and this still matters".
What to do here
Discover: Find legacies by name or key to see what others have built. Watch the "Top Echelon" to see the ten largest legacies rising right now.
Navigate: On desktop, use the zoom buttons if scrolling feels like work. Click to follow their link or Shift to see more details. On mobile, tap a space once to see its details, then tap again to open its link. There's no rush - take your time and wander; everything on the billboard is there for you to discover.
The things that matter
About Images
When you upload an image, it'll stretch or shift to fit your space. That's not a flaw - it's the nature of a living, breathing billboard. As people add more, the shapes change. Your image adapts with them.
We Keep It Safe
Every image and link gets looked at before it goes live. We don't allow obscene or harmful content. If something doesn't make it through, we'll refund you. No judgment, no complicated process.
It's Fair
Your legacy's size is exact: a direct reflection of what you've contributed. No secrets, no algorithm deciding you matter less. The math is transparent, and so are we.
Because of cent-based pricing, rounding, and pixel-precise layout, your final share and exact pixel coverage may differ slightly from the displayed percentage.
Prices and percentages can update in real time as new contributions are made, so always review the final amount and space before confirming payment.
Payments
Card payments are processed through a secure third‑party provider; crypto payments are generally final and may not be reversible.
Submitting a payment sends your content into the review process but does not guarantee that it will be approved or displayed.
Important note
This is a digital space‑claiming experience, not a permanent advertisement, ownership right, or guarantee of perpetual display. The billboard is meant to evolve as people around the world continue to add, grow, and reshape their legacies. Refer to Terms & Policy.
