• Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking details. Stripe may collect payment information such as your card number, billing address, expiration date, and country in order to process transactions securely. We store a payment identifier provided by Stripe (e.g., payment_id) to manage purchases, refunds, and customer support. This identifier is stored solely for administrative, refund processing, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Cryptocurrency payments are processed via blockchain networks or third-party crypto payment providers.

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

We do not control how these third parties process data internally. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

5.2 Visual Effects & National Color References

When a Space is added to the layout, a border glow effect may briefly appear in colors derived from national flags or regional color palettes. These visual effects are purely aesthetic and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or political association with any government, country, or nationality.

6. Public Nature of the Service

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All submitted content is intended for public display
• Content may be visible globally and indexed or cached by third parties
• We cannot control how third parties copy, store, or redistribute publicly visible content

Once content is publicly displayed, removal may not fully eliminate copies stored elsewhere on the internet.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

Public content may remain displayed until removed by us or until the Service is modified or discontinued.

To protect system integrity and proper rendering, invisible control characters, formatting characters, and non-rendering Unicode characters are not permitted in text submissions. Length limits apply to all text submissions to ensure proper display and performance across all devices and browsers.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers (including Stripe) operate.
